How do you create a circular message? The only way I have been able to send PMs is by tracking down the planets of the guys I want to PM and clicking the player name. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Circular message is an alliance option. If you were given the rights to do so by your founder, you can send circular messages to members of your alliance.
But I heard the your alliance disbanded.
