Is it possible to send materials to other players and if so how would i go about doing this.

I just discovered that milking is against the rules. Can I trde with other players and if so how.

Have a look at the Trade area of the forums. The actual act of trading is carried out by transporting your resources via cargo vessels to the player you wish to trade with, making it based on trust rather than an official trading system. Any player that violates this trust would be punished severely, if not by the administration, then by other players within the game who do not take kindly to poor sportsmanship.

i thought you are allowed to give resources to smaller players, i have done this already but not in huge quantities like the rules says 1 hour worth

Indeed, i haven't read up on that yet, i think it was recently introduced. I was just describing the trading aspects.

In a 24 hour period you may give a lower ranked player 1 hour of production from one planet as a boost.
