After selecting a building on the "Buildings" page (it happens to be the research lab), I am not being allowed to destroy it. I have enough resources and no research labs are in use on any of my planets, but I keep getting a building report that I don't have enough resources.
I know this post might belong in the bugs forum, but i don't know if it is a bug, my ignorance or a vast right-wing conspiracy.

my moons are fine no need[please don't find them 
]anyways If you want moon buildings destroyed alot of players will do it free.

#7Whenever I want to destroy something, I try to have 2x the required resources otherwise I get that message.
