If i constructed a small shield dome and i want to replace it with the big shield dome, how do i do that?

i have a small shield dome and enough to get the large one but it says,

"You can only build a single shield dome"

it looks like i need to disband the small one first but i dont see the option anywhere??? HELP PLEASE!!

This is a bug. You should be able to build 1 small and 1 large shield.

Just to CFM, we can only make 1 small and 1 large shield dome per planet right?

but on the scoreboard someone has 2
Large Shield Dome Tracy 2

how is that possible?
