I have been wondring what advantage i will get when i increase slots??
Can i increase slots on the same planet( for ex. If it is 100 can i make it 300)??
Is there anyway to know the number of slots before sending colony ship??

I believe you mean fields. There is no way to know how many fields will be on a planet when you colonize it because it is randomly generated. So you could end up with 160 or 450+ fields. It is rumored that the biggest planets are in the galaxy slots 4, 5, and 6 but you can get a massive planet anywhere. To answer your other question, terraformers give you 10 more fields each lvl however 1 field is taken by the terraformer. I would not reccomend trying to terraform a planet with less then 300 fields however as it is not cost effective.
