If this has been asked before I apologize, I couldn't find it with search.

Once the nanite factory has been researched can the robot factory be destroyed? What would the consequences be?

You can, however, you can't upgrade it unless you've got Robot Factory 10. Trust me, you'll need to upgrade it.

Some similar games I've played allow you to destroy something like the robot factory once the nanite factory is built, while still being able to upgrade the nanite factory (space being the issue).
