before I go posting in the bug section I wanted to check, is there ever any reason why you would have a a time under the planet name, in this case 29min, and an (i) next to name, I noticed it this morning and when I went beck to check the time was gone but the (i) was still there.

29mins next to the (i) means that the inactive player was probed by someone 29 mins ago...

oh, somehow I had gotten it in my head that the time had to do with activity by the person to whom the planet it was belonged to, my bad.

It does. Basically if the player has been on that planet, it's been probed, or someone attacked it, a (*) will appear next to it.
