How do these people have more than one shield dome

each planet can have a single shield dome, so theoretically u could have 21 of both types

You can only have 2 shield domes in a single planet. 1 small and 1 large.

But about the score board i think it's being fixed. (I thought I read somewhere that it's already fixed. something about about a previous bug)

ok it just does not make sense

This is bug abusing taking place. These players found a way to do this.
Their shield have been corrected and game operators are going to deal with them.
