how do you name your planets

I think I have tried just about averythin I can think of and I just cant figure out how to name my planets?

On your overview screen, click on the center of the screen that says planet "colony" (player name). Then that will allow you to eithere rename or abandone your colony

Thanks for your hastily reply the need to abandon a planet may come up as well and would you mabey know what the green box around a df means???

The green, yellow, and red boxes around DFs are just a faster way to show it's size, I think greenn is 100k-1 mil total res, yeellow is 1-10 mil, and red is 10+
