I'm going to feel dumb for asking this, but if I don't I'll be confused for days...
what happens when my energy is in the negative? do I not get as much resources per hour? or does it do something else...
if it's unclear what I'm talking about, on the planet resource page, the energy total comes out to be negative.
EDIT: I built more solar plants to make the energy positive, I just want to know what happens when it's in the negative.
Re: question about energy
#2If you have the 90% of energy needed, you will only get 90% of the resources.
If you have 80% of the energy needed, you will get 80% of the resources.
In the beginning when you were in negative, it showed that your amount of resources were decreasing, but that was just a bug, now it's completely fixed i think.

Re: question about energy
#3What happens when you go into negative energy though. You said about having stuff on 90% and you get 90% resouce but when your in negative energy is there a sideaffect? Like you cant build stuff while it's in negative of you dont get any resource when its negative?
Re: question about energy
#4If you have negative readings on energy, your production outputs are reduced. That's the only affect.
Lets say you show -55/1870. That means your mines and deut synth are producing 3% less than they're capable of producing.
You can reduce your outputs by using the RESOURCES tab, selecting a drop down menu from a mine or the synth, and select a lower production percentage. The result is the same, but you are selecting which of the three resources to reduce by the example 3%.
