Hi, I am trying to create my signature but i was wondering if there is a rule to making your signature like the size it has to be or what can go on it???

There is no limit, but to be nice to people using things other than a computer, eg. phone, palm, etc., I tend to make mine 500×100 something

can they be animated or is that not allowed???

and also can you change your font color???

I don't see why they can't. Font color is under Font colour when you're posting. Like so
