what is a good ratio for recyclers:fleet size?
would having BS:recs 2:1 be good ratio?

#2I determine how many recyclers I should have by the size of my fleet... Basically, should your entire fleet get destroyed you want enough recyclers to be able to pick up the debris field. Keep in mind that the only thing that goes into the debris field is the metal and crystal. An easy way to calculate how many recyclers you would need to pick up your fleet is to take the total amount of cost in metal and crystal for your fleet times it by .6 (as debris field formed is only 60%) then divide by 20,000 (which is the cargo hold amount for a recycler). What you come up with is how many recyclers it would take to pick up your fleet should it be destroyed.

#3i dont agree. you should be able to pick up a fleet 1/5 your size in one go max. if your fleet got smashed you probably lost your recs also. bigger hits are rare so if they do happen coordinate with alliance mates to help with pick up

#4It really depends on how you do battles and the composition of your fleet. If you have a 2:1 ; BS : Destroyer ratio and you always aim for low fleet loss. 1:1 ; BS:Recs is good enough.

I have like 1/4 of my BS in recs, but then i'm not really much of a heavy hitter so maybe that's just me.

#7I liked the 1/5 of your BS in recyclers if your fleet is heavy on BS, maybe 1/5 of your stronger ships all together (as in BS, BC and DS).
