whats the chance of a moon forming if it is orange around the debris?
You thought you had a easy path to victory, before i stepped in the path!

The most chance is 20% period. the system does not see anything past that, and if you see debris field and no moon then the moon is not forming, not from that crash anyway. If a moon forms it will be immediate. Please take time to read all of the other posts regarding moons, the percentages, how they are formed.... there is plenty of information about them :)
