Scout recall?
#1If I scout someone, but recall it because I don't want them knowing my position, do they still get a notification?

#3If you are referring to sending out espionage probes and recalling without them ever actually getting to the planet... the answer is as Slash said, no, they will not get notification.... However, if they happen to be looking at the overview screen and see the red coming at them before you pull them they may have time to see where it came from.
