I really don't understand why I have over -3000 energy loss. I wasn't attack at all. An hour ago, I had perfect plenty of energy but now huge energy loss. Anyone know why? Plus, I didn't build anything.

The energy output of solar sattelites has been hugely reduced, i have had falls in energy on several planets too causing me to spend tons of resources to build new solar plants.

So If I'm building more solar sattelites and would it help get energy back on?

not really cus youd need alot, peobly better to mave solar plants or fusion, cus each solar sat dosn't make as much any more ,

In reference to energy loss, is it ok to be in the red or does this slow production in anyway?

Im not sure by how much but i know that it does reduce the amount gained from your mines and synthesiser.

I guess I wonder how it correlates to decreasing production manually to make sure you are in the green. Any thoughts?

Yes it correlates to reduced outputs manually entered using the Resources tab.

To determine the percentage of production loss when "in the red", divide the first number by the second and multiply by 100.

Example:

-780/4285= 18.2% loss in production.

Well it hasn't been reduced, output from satellites is currently NEGATIVE, at least for me it is, so seems like a bug to me.

Sollar Satellites outpout power has been reduced. They now give 1/3 of what they used to give (ie If you were getting 3000 energy from them, you are now getting 1000).
