Hey um. I've tried lookin but im blonde n blind sometimes so i might have missed the answer to this question, but if i do an esp on someone and it gives me... say... 13% chance of the fleets destruction, is that a 13% chance I will be destroyed, or a 13% chance they will be? :-/ or is it 13% of my total fleet will be destroyed... It isnt really very specific and i dont wanna attack somethin thinkin i havea 90% chance to kill it and really only have 10%. That would SUCK.

Anywho.. oh, i am hitch hikin around the USA so my location varies ALOT, and i play from library's quite frequently, im not gonna get accused of multi account or sum such if someone else happens to use that library to play am i? that would suck!

OOOHhh and witchy if u read this, i have pic that looks to be the right dimensions to be a tag that i would like to use but im not sure exactly how to use it, anyway u could send me a messege with a crash course in puttin it on meh? XD thanx n advance whomever answers this!

I think you mean "Probability of the destruction of the fleets intelligence : # %"
It is the odds that your espionage ships will be destroyed.

lol. ok that makes sense. SO um... if there's only a 10% probability that 5 probes will be destroyed then there's probably no chance a real fleet would be destroyed then, huh. Thanks neo

It has zip to do with your fleet. The % is the chance you will lose your probes, nothing more, nothing less.
