What is considered spam for the in-game?

Continuously sending unwanted messages.

ex. sending a person an invitation message to join an allaince repeatedly

I really appreciate your intention to help josh. But please don't go bumping old topics that are long buried unless you have something really substantial to add. That too is considered a spam in the forums.
