I've been trying to login to my account for awhile now but it say my username or password is incorrect but im pretty sure that both the password and username are correct. What does it mean and what should i do?

How many time have you entered it? Are you absolutely sure that it isn't just multiple mistakes which has happened to me before.

i've entered the username and password (maybe 10 or 11 times) alot in the past two or three hours, but it all ways says to go back and make sure my username and password is correct, and it is correct , i checked the email i got after i signedup for this game and it has the same username and password that i've been typing in at the login screen for awhile now, but it never works

yea i checked to see if my caps lock was on and it wasnt but it still isnt letting me login to my account
