how we destroy an enemy planet?

i ve seen an enemy's player planet been destroyed,how can i do that to a fantastic,lovely "friend" of mine?? muahahaa... 
You can not destroy someone elses planet. The "destroyed planet" that you see is because the owner of the planet abandoned it.
To quote neoshagrath when he answered this same question for you
You cannot destroy other players' planet.
"Destroyed Planet" are results of abandoned colony. It disappears after 48 hours.
You cannot abandon your homeworld.
When you colonize a planet that was previously abandoned, you will have a different planet.
