Okay I built a ACS Depo but still cant deploy ACS from fleet screen . Am I doing something wrong?

Sorry if you already know this, but I think it is worth pointing out.

To ACS Defend someone, the person who you want to ACS Defend has to have a Depo on THEIR planet. You building one on your planets allow people to ACS Defend you, not vice versa.
