How do u get avatar pics at the mo ive been copying this website kinda thing but it doesnt work and the help in options isnt that helpful, could someone please tell mw what to type?http://www.freewebs.com/stargateworldsb ... _orbit.jpg

Place your link on the upload from a URL.
But http://www.freewebs.com/stargateworldsb ... _orbit.jpg seems too large for an avatar.

Actually, that's way too big for a signature as well.

I believe we're going towards 100 X 100 for avatars and 100 X 500 for signatures, but rules will be forthcoming.

How would you get writing on your avatar eg you say jump i say wheres the cliff

I don't think you can put words on your avatar. Unless you edit the picture by using MS Paint or something similar.
Or were you referring to the signature?
