I know i must sound dumb , but i had a random question: is the battlecruiser worth building? I was looking at the stats and i noticed that besides speed and fuel consumption, the destroyer is better. Is there something im missing?

Battlecrusier has RF for Battleships and some other heavy ships. Destroyers don't.
Let's just say BCs protects the Destroyers from heavy ships.
But without the rapid fire I think it is a bit useless.

Edit: I also think that Battlecruisers can stand alone if rapidfire is implemented.
