can somebody help me to play the game? i'm new here, and i need the help...

Just follow quick start guide by clicking the "Just Joined?" on the left menu(in-game).
Then find an alliance.

i have less metal, crystal etc. how can i build the mines?? and how can i have more metals??
i too don't have shipyards, fleets etc?

Did you start taking the steps?
