Are Black holes randomly generated when you go on an expedition? Or are they there always, meaning future expeditions to that area will always result in destruction as a result of it?

I think Zorg mentioned that if you find a Black Hole in a system DO NOT send more expeditions to there. I might have just been dreaming that, though

Yes he said something like that. It actually got me confused.
I am sending expeditions to the same coordinate. (30+ expeditions sent) Sometimes there is a black hole, sometimes ship damaged, sometimes they return with ships or resources. What got me confused was the probability of the black hole was a little low. I know I will still send expeditions to that same coordinate.
