could somebody please tell me how can i send any expeditions?
or what is the expeditions research good for?
is it only for improving a planet colonization or espionage probes?

slot 16 is for expeditions, they are basically an "adventure" where you can gain resources, find ships or lose your fleet... I believe there is a tutorial on them in the forums

so does it mean that i should have a computer technology on the 15th or 16th level to start playing in a different way or simply then i can send some special ships somewhere??? one more thank you for the answer. enjoy the game!
