this seems to be the only thing i ever get from my expeditions regardless of how many voyageurs i send, how high my mines are or the servers highest mines...im just not understanding the formula from what i should be fining on these expeditions and when will it change?

Try send it out for more than one hour. From what I've seen it does cap off no matter how many ships you send
