how to hv lunar base???is it u must hv colony on the moon at ur own planet or colonize new planet's moon?????

its a result of battle. you could have a friend attack you, or wait until someone else does.

you need a moon. then you can build a lunar base on the moon. after a battle the debris has a chance of forming a moon. the more debris the better chance. so just have a big battle at your planet.
