if u trade u do get some resources in return from that same player right?

how u know that is not being regulated withing game mechanics? its log search and match operation. think anyone with lil knowledge with excel can find that.

To clear things up

Trading

This is where a trade has been decided between two players. They then send the resources to each other following the trade ratios.
This can be ANY amount of resources.

Pulling

This is where one player sends resources to a lower player without recieving anything in return.
This is where the rule applies: once every 24 hours a player can send 1 hours daily production from each of his planets.

Milking

This is cheating. Sending resources to a higher ranked player without recieving anything in return.

Now it is clear, just to clearafy :
"once every 24 hours a player can send 1 hours daily production from each of his planets"

This means I can send a lower ranked player my hourly production of all my planets in 1 go from 1 planet, is this ok, or I must send the hourly production seperatly from each planet??? (yes, the worst kind, a noob & low IQ)

as regulations says it has to come from each planets but it was debated over and was dubbed as allowable if the amount do not exceed the total production accumulated.

just broadcasting that is probably not a good idea. it is more of like unheard unseen kinda way

and no problem. there are ppl in line to help out starters all around. so ask out for any details. also chat is a good place to clarify.

What I do to ensure that the regulations are met

You have to send the resources seperately from each planet.

The maximum amount allowed to be sent from each planet is that planet's hourly production.

I.e (simplified it to just metal production)

Planet A: Hourly production 800 metal
Planet B: Hourly production 500 metal
-------------------------------------------
You can send cargoes from planet A to the other player carrying 800 metal
You can send cargoes from planet B to the other player carrying 500 metal

This can be done once every 24 hours to a lower ranked player.
