I think it means when you have a friend attack your planet again and again till you get a moon. By the way, Are moon shots against the rules?
If I had to choose who I would die fighting against, I would choose corrupt government.

A lower ranked player sending a moon shot to a higher ranked player without the higher ranked player paying for it can be considered milking/pushing.

A higher ranked player doing the same to a lower ranked player can be considered pulling.

Therefore, these "freebie shots" can be considered a form of cheating and a way to get around Rule 6.

I don't mean to be a thorn in anyones side here, but there seemes to be a lot of can and may going on. I was wondering if I could get a final decition form whomsoever is the arbitrating athority here as to weather or not this so called Freebie moonshoot is, or is not , in violation of the rules. I ask becasue if it is I obviously will not do it, but if it not I could use some moons.
