1st Energy Tech
#1Im following the help list but cant figure out how to get energy tech level 1. Im a total noob can someone help me? Plus any other hints that you can give would be appreciated.

#2You have to have your research lab at a certain level. Check out the Technologies link at the left menu, it tells you all the requirements for everything.
