#2(i) = Inactive for 7-27 days.
(i I) = Inactive for 28+ days (Likely to be deleted soon)
(n) = Player has less than 20% of your points, can be deceptive, points aren't registered for flying fleets.
(s) = You have less than 20% of this players points, don't poke the dragon.
(v) = This player is in Vacation Mode.
If the player has a number next to his planet, it means they have been active on that planet x amount of minutes ago. If there is an asterisk (*), there has been activity less than 10 minutes ago.
You can move resources to your moon by loading them into a Cargo ship and selecting transport, then your moon from the drop down box by coordinates.
