Destroyed planet, is it just occupied slot for a while or can there be something to find with expedition/recycler?

I believe that a destroyed planet's status will remain un-colonizable for 48 hours, at which time the planet slot will be available for colonizing.

I doubt you'll gain anything from a recycler mission to a destroyed planet since most players are smart enough to off-world any resources or assets prior to the planet's destruction.

In short, a Destroyed Planet offers no profit for other players.

do you know if a a colony ship will yield the same planet that was destroyed already?

Planet size is randomized so there is no guarantee the new planet will be of the same size.
