I'm still a little new at this but I am a little confused, my rather substanchal debries feild dissapeared I did nothing to affect it, I have no Moon as far as I can tell, and I recived no message that someone else had done somthing to it, any insite would be appreceated.

Truely. You can say it is your debris if it came from your own fleet.
Although anyone can harvest it.

Yes it can be called your own but claiming it for yourself cant be done easily^^ When greedy people like me are around
