#2select your fleet and when you chose the coordinates of your other planet select deploy and your fleet will stay there

#3You must choose the fleet you wish to send, select which planet you wish to send it too, then select the deploy option from the mission interface. This will send the fleet on a one way mission and park them at the selected planet.
Now that ACS Defend is enabled there is a second option. If your planet that you want to defend has an ACS Depot you can select the mission "ACS Defend" from the same place as deploy. This will send the fleet to defend the target planet for a certain amount of time, the time it will stay there can be modified by what you select in the drop down menu titled "Hold Time" on the mission select screen.
