can anyone expalin this? wat does a fleeter actually do?

sori slash wat i meant was wat do fleeters do? coz it ssays there that a fleeter is one with big fleet... sori for the trouble... and wat happend to coolhand... at one time i used to see him alot... sori for the dumb ques..

A fleeter is defined as a player who excels at fleet building, they will have their fleet as the main source of points in their empire. Fleeters hunt other fleets for profit, usually growing much faster than other styles of game play.
