Can someone help me with the benefits of having this technology on your planets?

Does it mean that you can research on more than one planet at a time?

Not trying to be seen as mean or anything but come on..... first off it tells you what it does in the description of it.... secondly, please use the search feature on the forums before asking questions.... This topic has been discussed more than once but for reference here is the exact same question . viewtopic.php?f=2&t=822&p=5848&hilit=IRN#p5848 Also according to word on the streets viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1423&p=10393&hilit=IRN#p10393 IRN is not working.
