Host the picture you want as your logo on a host site such as photobucket.com or another one of your chosing. Once it is hosted, copy the direct link for that picture and then do the following steps, click on alliance, go to manage alliance, go toward bottom of the page, you will see a box that has alliance logo.... paste the direct link for your picture there and then save.
