The difference in espionage level between you and another player multiplied by 3, is the number of probes you need to send to get a full report.
unless im reading this wrong i dont think this is correct. you're saying the difference is multiplied?
look at this scenario:
player X has espionage tech of 10
player Y has espionage tech of 1
difference=9
3(9)=27probes
there is no way that is right,
maybe it should say difference/3 then rounded up?
i really dont know what the calculation actually is but this looks wrong to me
(wow just realized this post is kinda long for either being wrong or shortly becoming obsolete if its right and you fix it, and this last line isn't really helping)

#13Updated, I have rephrased the espionage section. In your example it is player Y who has to send 27 probes to get the full report.
