This is difficult to answer as it is somewhat vague. If you wish to be banned, I recommend posting hardcore pornography on this very forum. If you wish to get out of a ban, try giving sexual favors to any of the mods/admins. If you wish to pass time while banned, try doing something productive, like enlarging your (censored).
