I will say yes when there is no mod and should be one or u could come and op someone in chat.

There is normally always a mod in chat, even though they may not be wearing their shield. This has been discussed before in this topic viewtopic.php?f=5&t=5729 and answered by zorg. Please do not start another topic of the same.
