Ok, if you don't kill me off in the first duengeon.
Rules are: DM rolls dice, edition four charecters, and we change DM every duengeon.

ok...
you are on a mission. you are sent by the king to find out what the kolbolds around the city are planning.
so you head towards the kolbold camp when suddenly out of nowhere a bunch of kolbolds attack.
You see that there are 4 kolbolds 
and all have short swords.... 
(if people join we can start playing!)

ok the kolbolds get the suprise round and they attack... what is your AC?
