Took me like 10 seconds :P (I knew what to look for, though)

Each row of numbers describes the previous row. Take, for example, the first and second rows:
43351
14231511

Split the second row into groups of two:
14|23|15|11

The first number in each pair tells how many of the second number there are consecutively in the number from the previous row. So here we have:
14 = one 4
23 = two 3's
15 = one 5
11 = one 1

In other words... 43351
