here's mine slightly different.
The coin was dated to a BC date however BC is essentially counting backwards and when the coin was minted no one would have counted their years backwards for several obvious reasons.Because the archaeologist found the coin with that inscription and nobody at the time we know today as 48BC would print 48 BC the could which had that inscription could not have been made then.
