*As the two frantically try to come up with an idea, I stand still and look up at the pitch black ceiling.*

"We don't have to do anything."

*Looks at Eldron and nods.*

Ok.
Our only hope now is to attack back. If Ace and 404 were to leave on a lightfighter that would not destract the entire fleet for sure and would end up in certain death for both of them. We must have faith that theses walls around us will stand as strong as they did centuries ago during the Great Hiding. Gale, you must go and warn the civilians to spead up weapon production in 3 hours meat us back at the main factory with a group of the top 25 mechanics alive at this time. There, Ace and 404 must share all they can of their technology with us in order for us to producing fighting machines equal to theirs. Hopefully using a combination of our technology and your technology we can succeed. Finally, I must take the swiftest of our vehicles and head to the other nations throught the underground tunnels and warn the other nations.

We must have faith in the walls of the Grand Central!!! They should be able to hold at least until we have got this much done!!! Now each of you hurry on your way!!! May luck and the Great Protector be with you!!!!!

i have an idea. the biggest ship is going to have an A.I. on it. ill hack into it and download the A.I. if im lucky he will be an advanced model. a new technology the new A.I.'s have might be useful. they have the ability to change and re-range individual atoms. if i download this. i can change, upgrade, and default both technologies... but thats up to you guys.

"Eldron, fighting them will only patronize them more and it's not our way. You speak of the Great Hiding as if these two know anything about our history. My father will know what to do, but we must hurry."

"Those orange creatures that you saw earlier are here in order to try and figure out how to decode the language on what you called the "computer/steel mountain" that is stationed not to far from this city. That's "Grand Central". The Grand Central reaches across the planet as an underground shell, and therefore, a shield to our race.

The Grand Central has protected us before. All that dead land that you came across, 404, when you first got here were remnants of a bombing from another race long ago that tried to do the same thing to us as your race is. After finding out that they weren't damaging any of us, let alone finding any of us, they left instead of coming for a ground attack - in fear of having the home-field disadvantage and not knowing anything of our technology. This is known to us as the Great Hiding.

The Grand Central is a computer system that our ancestory built as a shield and a stabilizer for the environment so that we could live underground and the element (what the metal is made of) would absorb any pollution that we used in our underground cities. However, while they were finishing the programming for the Grand Central, many alien races discovered what they were doing, became interested in acquiring the defense system themselves, and decided to try and take it from us. Our people were scattered and so was our old language. We've been trying to decode everything ever since....and so have other races. Each of which have been unable to do so - the reason being because it's an encoded and complex language none have ever seen anything like. But we're finally coming close to understanding it.

The humans know nothing of the Grand Central - just you two now. The group that Endron's a part of, the Guardians of Truth, are protectors of the land and of the Grand Central, therefore hunters of those orange beings, and also guards to the Hierarchy, which my father is a part of.

This shell has been up against stronger technology before and held its ground. If we simply stay here then we'll be safe. If the humans should come to try and find us on a ground search, we have the home-field advantage of our advancements. Our technology, you see, is much different from yours. Machinery is not the central building block - but rather biology. Everything we use is biologically based. Our ancestors saw our bodies as machines themselves and created our technology from that core idea. Staying here is the best plan."
