Yeah i know that but i have other planets whose lvl.1 Metal storage takes 50 sec.!!

I have a planet which ranges from -73c to -33c...
But the proplem is that it takes so much time to build on it??
Fr ex. Metal Storage lvl.1 takes 10 mins unill it is completed!!!!!

Hope one can answer that..
