If you have the 90% of energy needed, you will only get 90% of the resources. If you have 80% of the energy needed, you will get 80% of the resources. In the beginning when you were in negative, it showed that your amount of resources were decreasing, but that was just a bug, now it's completely fix...

Noone likes huge alliances with many unexperienced players, but this would only benefit those...

A decisive win is usually established after 2-4 attacks me thinks... The purpose of succeeding attacks are usually to raid and drain the enemy's resources. I dunno I never reached 10% of my storage capacity. But that's just me... Maybe this only works in the beginning. Sorry than i misunderstood wh...

Usally the benefits of being in an alliance are circular messages only, and I think there should be a rule for ACS defending that one can only defend another if he is in the same alliance or on he's friendlist.
