A good idea, but I think the percentages would need a tweak. If, keeping it as realistic as possible, resources are needed to build a fleet. That fleet gets trashed, the winner takes the spoils, where would the rebuilt fleets resources come from? Out of thin air? I agree in principle that the loser...

i like the idea but limitations are needed like 1 rebuild per year or per account to avoid exploiting because we all know it would be exploited

i like this idea ... in the past there have been suggestions for prizes for the score board but it alway included rubies but i like this idea much better so a +1 from me
