You kinda wish it would give you more damage to ion cannon and to any ships that have ion weapons. They would have to twich combat so that ship a has laser damage only but ship be might have ion and laser damage so they get double bonus. They still need to fix combat anyway so why not add the damage...

What will Rapid fire do in the game. is that like you do time this amount of damage to this ship while others you do divided amount of damage to this ship.
