it seems when i use it, it switches the amour and shield tech levels around. anyone else get this?

i do i send more than 1 probe at a time?

How come when i probe some people, it shows only the resources they have. But when i probe other people, it shows what defences they have, what levels there mines are etc.
Is it because they have something i dont?
do i need to upgrade my espionage tech higher?

well i have been playing this game for a day or two and it's taking me a while to learn everything. how do points work? how do i check how many points i have?
