Yep, I just double checked. I've got the money but it's not putting it on the build queue.

Just to add, surely enough time has passed for admin to come up with some (even slighly) more detailed instructions/help files, even just to clearly explain things like this. I filled all my build slots building robot factories so that I could quickly build a jumpgate thinking I could free up space after the jumpgate was completed by destroying my level 7 robot factory but I can't seem to make it happen. Oh that explains a few things. Last night I saw someone sending a huge fleet on a "Destroy" mission s I sent 300 recyclers to intercept the debris, which never formed because there was no destroying going on at all!! Cost me nearly 100000 Deut!
